Warmwater Fish And Flies

Fly On The Water has flies for all of your warmwater needs.

Panfish flies for:

Bluegills, Crappie, Shellcrackers, Red Ear Sunfish, Green Sunfish & Rock Bass are the most common, but I have caught many more than this on my flies.

Bass flies:

Ponds, lakes, flowages, rivers & marshes all house wonderful bass fishing opportunities. I can tie flies for all of these situations. Weed guards, tungsten cones, articulated bodies, they all have their place. Let me help guide you to some flies that will put more fish on the end of your line.

Pike And Musky Flies:

When you go after these Apex Predators you have to know what you're doing. Flies have to be build to withstand tremendous forces. Most flies will not stand up to the abuse, mine do!

Coldwater Fish And Flies

A trout's diet varies from river to river and region to region. A 12" brown in a tailwater does not eat the same food as a 10" brook trout from a mountain creek. This sounds simple,  choosing flies appropriate to your region is critical to success. Local patterns have been developed all over the USA and for good reasons. They work in these watersheds.

Fly On The Water can provide you with flies for these locations that match the hatch more accurately and I can provide the attractor flies that are proven fish catchers.
